The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents his
compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies,
London, and with reference to Colonial Regulation No.155 is
directed to forward herewith seven copies of each of the
following publications, and would be glad if two copies of
each be transmitted to the Foreign Office and five copies of
each to the Home Office in accordance with the above mentioned
Regulation :
Supplement No.2 to Hong Kong Government Gazette
No.16 of 18th March, 1949, containing the
Immigrants Control Regulations, 1949.
Supplement No.2 to Hong Kong Government Gazette
No.19 of 1st April, 1949, containing Proclamation
No.5.
